
High Protein Chicken Chow Mein Noodles Meal Prep
A flavorful high-protein chicken chow mein meal prep featuring marinated chicken breast, egg noodles, and fresh vegetables in a savory sauce.
Ingredients
- •700g chicken breast cut into thin strips
- •2 tsp paprika
- •1 tsp black pepper
- •2 tsp garlic powder
- •20ml low sodium soy sauce
- •2 tsp sesame oil
- •cooking spray
- •220g uncooked egg noodles
- •1 tbsp minced garlic
- •1 medium red onion sliced
- •1 medium red bell pepper sliced
- •1 cup chopped green onion
- •1 cup bean sprouts
- •50ml low sodium soy sauce
- •50-60g oyster sauce
- •(optional) 10ml rice vinegar
- •garnish sesame seeds
- •garnish chilli flakes
Instructions

Marinate the chicken with paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce, and sesame oil for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, simmering in boiling water for 4-5 minutes.

Slice all vegetables before cooking to save time.

Spray a pan with cooking spray and cook the marinated chicken until done.

In the same pan, sauté minced garlic, red onion, and red bell pepper until softened.

Add cooked noodles, green onion, bean sprouts, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and optional rice vinegar to the pan and stir-fry to combine and heat through.
