A quick and easy overnight chia dessert that takes 5 minutes to prepare and can be eaten immediately or chilled overnight for a thicker consistency.

Ingredients

  • 40g chia seeds
  • 100g Chobani light Greek yogurt
  • 150g frozen raspberries or fresh
  • 50ml extra light milk

Instructions

    Mix chia seeds, Greek yogurt, raspberries, and milk together.

    You can eat it straight away or leave it in the fridge overnight for a thicker, creamier consistency.
