
Caesar Sauce
A healthier Caesar sauce made with Greek yogurt and light mayonnaise, perfect for salads.

Ingredients
- •¾ cup (180g) 0% Greek yogurt
- •4 tbsp (60g) light mayonnaise
- •Juice of ½ lemon (~1 tbsp)
- •2 tsp Dijon mustard
- •2 tsp grated light parmesan
- •1 tsp garlic powder
- •1 tsp oregano
- •½ tsp soy sauce
- •½ tsp salt
- •¼ tsp black pepper
- •Optional: Add 1 tbsp of water at a time to thin it out to your desired consistency
