Ingredients

  • 300g Cucumber
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • 15g Minced Garlic (Jarlic)
  • Squeeze of Lemon
  • 100g Light Greek Yoghurt
  • 150g Chicken Breast Cooked
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 7ml Olive Oil

Instructions

    Slice the cucumber and red onion thinly.

    Mix the minced garlic with a squeeze of lemon juice.

    Combine the cucumber, red onion, and garlic mixture in a bowl.

    Add the light Greek yoghurt and olive oil to the bowl and mix well.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Add the cooked chicken breast on top or mix it into the salad.

    Serve chilled or at room temperature.
